Cat With Blue Eyes
Veterinary Referrals

I can only conduct feline behaviour consults on veterinary referral, as per the guidelines of the CFBA. As a full member of the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association I can take pet insurance claims. To be able to claim for my fees on your pets insurance policy your vet needs to complete the referral form and email it with your cats clinical history to referrals@wildcatsfelinebehaviour.com

Once I have received the referral form and clinical history I will then contact you via e-mail to arrange our consultation and will send you a questionnaire to complete about your cat. After the consultation I will send a copy of the report to you and also to your vet, for their records.

Information for referring vets:

If you would like to refer a cat to me for a behaviour consult please note:

· As a full member of the CFBA I can accept pet insurance claims for owners who are insured with a pet insurance company that will pay for behaviour consults (all major companies accept claims from a CFBA member including PetPlan, Many Pets, Sainsbury's, More Than etc)

· I must receive the cats clinical history and the CFBA cat referral form from you before I can conduct the behaviour consult

· I will e-mail you a copy of the behaviour report once complete, for your records.

You can view my proof of membership with the CFBA here
